もしエイリアンがいたら、地球の「農業」をどう認識するでしょう？
このゲームは、地球の「農家」に憧れるエイリアンとなって地球の動植物を集め、合成生物「キメラ」を作り、故郷に「キメラ」たちの農場を作るゲームです。操作には独自のUFO型のコントローラーを使用します。
このUSC/芸大コラボで、私たちは互いに"異邦人"として、それぞれの大学に滞在しました。その経験はお互いにとって新鮮で、認識の変化をもたらすものでした。でも人間の個々の認識にはいつも、小さな誤読や翻訳ミスが伴います(そう、このエイリアンのように)。
しかし、ときに新しいアイディアは、異邦人同士の誤解を伴った接触という奇跡によってこそもたらされるのです。

If aliens existed, how would they perceive Earth’s agriculture?
In this game, you play as an alien who admires Earth’s farmers. You’ll collect the planet’s plants and animals, fuse them into hybrid creatures—“Chimeras”—and build a Chimera farm on your home planet. The game features a custom UFO-shaped controller.
This project was born from a collaboration between USC and Tokyo University of the Arts, where we experienced each other’s institutions as “foreigners.” This unique exchange gave us fresh perspectives, showing how small differences in understanding—like Aliens—can lead to unexpected discoveries.
Great ideas often come from such moments of misinterpretation.
